Aside from our overuse of the word “great” and an unexpected bout of shaky leg syndrome, ELV was pleased with the shout out he and Denise Valdez gave one of our more able neighborhood eateries:

Black velvet cake is what happens from eating undercooked hamburger.
Shakey leg syndrome goes with this.
