Calling a scallop a crab cake, and then pronouncing “Ta-gine” asĀ “TAN-gine” insured this Dishing and Dining with Denise Valdez wasn’t exactly ELV’s finest hour.
But other than those missteps, we’ll stand behind our accolades for Nu Sanctuary.

Match is a restaurant that defies description and that we should hate for that very reason. Amazingly, like Al “Mad Man” Mancini, we find ourselves liking it.

Actually, the farm belongs to Dr. Steven and Claudia Andracki, but Chef Geno Bernardo depends upon it for herbs, produce and for bringing the farm-to-table experience to your meal at NOVE.

This is about as negative as ELV ever gets on the televised airwaves (Channel 8 wants yours truly to recommend restaurants, not bash them). And it’s not that we don’t like OTS, we just wish they were a little less heavy-handed with their recipes.
