BOUCHON’S Boffo Brunch on KLAS TV (CBS) Channel 8’s Dishing and Dining

ELV couldn’t believe that, after five years in town, Denise Valdez had never been to Bouchon.

So in we traipsed a couple of  Sundays ago f0r a light brunch…and ended up getting the whole enchilada…including a 16 oz. porterhouse steak, because super-Executive-Sous Chef Bruno Morabito (the man responsible for putting Bouchon’s best-selling chicken and waffles on the menu) remembered the last time we were in, when ELV (or perhaps it was our staff)  joked that he’d eaten everything on the menu except the steak. So there it came, gratis, after the aforementioned waffles and pastries and croque Madame and yogurt and salmon and charcuterie…

…and as you can see from the video and these tasty snaps, all of it was drop-your-fork-delicious.
