Today is French Independence day, and we at ELV can think of no better way to celebrate than with a glass of wine at Marche Bacchus — our one, true French bistro. Severing the heads of our aristocracy is, of course,optional.
As for me, I went to my new favorite French bistro in downtown LA and had some pork rillette, French onion soup and an endive salad with walnuts and Roquefort. Le diner, c’est delicieux!
