  1. Great reviews ELV and the photos are delicious. The two best dishes I’ve tasted this year were served at Sage, the legendary “Foie Gras Custard Brulee,” and the “Canelles de Bordeaux.” Balanced with gracious, attentive service, skill in the kitchen and depth on the menu, Sage is a welcome addition to the dining scene on the Strip.
