Well actually, she can’t (she admits as much). But when you look like she does, you don’t have to….especially when uber-chef Rick Moonen is in da house creating delicious dishes for a dish like her (and for a bunch of folks at Three Square last week).

It was the inauguration of a Three Square event that will routinely feature a celebrity (and Miss Madison is surely that), and a celebrity chef, cooking up a storm for folks and teaching them about hunger in Southern Nevada while, at the same time, ensuring they don’t leave hungry.

And, we hope, making everyone feel a little guilty about eating so well when so many in our midst are still without.
