Happy Chinese New Year from Connie, Cindy and Jing! They want to wish every one of you a happy and prosperous New Year in the Year of the Ox, from their hostess perch at the always amazing Ping Pang Pong.
Because of their professionalism (and the ministrations of managers Kristy and Thomas, and owners Kevin and Karrie Wu),
ELV would dine here even if the only thing they served was dried abalone and sea cucumber.
Which they happened to do last night (along with a feast of other Cantonese specialites), and everything was awesome.

Happy Chinese New Year to you also, ELV (a bit late, I recognize). As I no longer am a resident of Las Vegas and with my closest recent connection only being listening to the Killer’s new album, pray tell, where in Vegas is Ping Pang Pong? I am always scouring the country for Cantonese Delights (recently trying Shaghai Joe’s in NYC, which after being in Asia, was disappointing).
I also traveled back to the Motherland and spent significant time with my mother, so perhaps we can arrange for a Vietnamese feast sometime soon? My new specialty is pho.
As always, Miss Saigon
