Happy Chinese New Year! Part Two
Before we embark on the rest of the New Year (Asian version) for good, here are the rest of our snaps from Tuesday night’s celebration at Ping Pang Pong in the Gold Coast.
And in case you’re wondering what a sea cucumber/slug tastes like, let’s just say it’s so viscous it makes a raw oyster seem like a sirloin steak.

Wow. Amazing looking food, (and I am sure much, much better tasting than the dull “Chinese-American” take-out fare I had last night from a local, and very marginal, restaurant).
Our Dim Sum feast at Ping Pang Pong was delicious. Your photos show even more delicious dishes I’m going to have to try when I come back to town in May! Thanks for sharing.
