How can you beat $20.12 for three courses of Hubert Keller‘s food?
Especially when it involves a braised short rib lasagna:

…as well as a textbook perfect mocha pot de creme (hidden beneath a bourbon/vanilla/milk foam:

What your twenty bucks doesn’t include are the irresistible cocktails of Rebecca Hayden (aka Bartender Becky):

…that will whet your whistle and have you whistling a happy tune in no time.
Everyone of her concoctions is almost balanced beyond belief, i.e. the booze provides a backbone for the fruit and other accents to hang from, but every flavor compliments the other, and nothing intrudes or overpowers. No easy feat that.
Just as it’s no easy feat to pack that much taste into a double sawbuck.
Nor was it all that easy to drink them all…but it sure was fun!

TOTALLY TOTALLY AGREE! Food was great! And if you are lucky like we were yesterday, you get to meet the grand poobah Keller himself. Nice guy.
A great Chef and the rare successful man in his profession who isn’t self-absorbed with his achievements.
Fleur is my base when I’m in Vegas, primarily because of the great service. All the cocktails are pretty good and the liquid nitrogen coffee is a great drink and a great show, but I found myself mostly imbibing David Oseas’ red sangria. Too bad the great gnocchi is off the menu but there are always good things ON the menu when Hubert Keller is involved. Hope Fleur’s recent appearance on that TV show a couple of weeks ago will bring more people to the restaurant.
