ELV’s staff thought you should know he’s working hard and hard at work these days on the 2nd edition of EATING LAS VEGAS – The 50 Essential Restaurants, along with co-authors Max “Slapsie Maxie” Jacobson and Al “Mad Man” Mancini.
He’s also busy getting ready to launch the next big thing in the Vegas restaurant world (interwebs/publicity-wise anyway)…and should be making an announcement within the next week or so.
In the meantime, it’s back to the salt mines.

ELV is on record stating that all Vietnamese restaurants are the same. The same recipes, the same ingredients, the same aromas and the same tastes. It’s like everything gets made in a single industrial kitchen somewhere around Garden Grove, California and then gets shipped to Vietnamese restaurants across America.

(ELV update: It was announced to staff at the restaurant last night — 8.26.11 — that Jan. 2, 2012 will be the last day of operation for Bradley Ogden. We have also heard (unconfirmed) rumors that the menu will become more steak and burger friendly for the last several months of operation. Stay tuned).
