ELV Hard at Work

August 24, 2011 By: John Curtas Category: Critics, Our staff

ELV’s staff thought you should know he’s working hard and hard at work these days on the 2nd edition of EATING LAS VEGAS – The 50 Essential Restaurants, along with co-authors Max “Slapsie Maxie” Jacobson and Al “Mad Man” Mancini.

He’s also busy getting ready to launch the next big thing in the Vegas restaurant world (interwebs/publicity-wise anyway)…and should be making an announcement within the next week or so.

In the meantime, it’s back to the salt mines.

There is more similarity in the taste profile of blondes with this sort of rack than there is between good Vietnamese restaurants. Get thee to Westminster, California, for the proof. (Although my experience with blondes is more extensive than my experience with Vietnamese food.
