   Thank you for introducing me to Ping Pang Pong a few years ago when Steven, aka “Fat Guy,” was in town to be recognized for his book, “Asian Dining Rules” and we went for Dim Sum. What a feast we had. A meal I remember three years later!

   As for your alliance to Chairman Mao–I’m not sure I want to know where that hat came from. (But I’m sure there’s a story behind it).
