Carnivale du Vin – Chef and Wine Lineups

November 13, 2009 By: John Curtas Category: Chefs, Events, Food, Wine

  • Emeril Lagasse is probably the only chef/celebrity in America who could put together a star-studded lineup like this for a charity event (being held at Lagasse Stadium tonight and The Venetian Ballroom tomorrow).
  • And Las Vegas is probably the only place in America he could get them all to come to.
  • Not mentioned, and a superstar in her own right, is Lidia Bastianich (Joe’s mom), who will be signing her cookbooks at the KVLX Channel 10 (PBS) Studios from 10-11 AM on Sunday, and at Carnevino in The Palazzo at 6:00 PM on Sunday night.
  • Guess where Eating Las Vegas and his staff will be spending the weekend?
