Picture 1 of 1

When it first comes to your table, the portion looks a bit small.

“$22 for this?” you think to yourself.

Then you take a bite and you notice things.

You notice how perfectly the egg is poached. How silky the hollandaise.

Then the perfect little cubes of tangy corned beef and smoked tongue start to work their magic on yours.

You get a distinct taste and bite from each, and the whole affair quickly takes over your senses as you sense you may be eating the most perfect hash on the planet.

There isn’t a lot of it to be sure, but you’ll also notice the richness of the meats and the unctuousness of the eggs make it more than enough for one, hearty appetite.

Just thought you’d like to know what you’re gonna notice.

    JC,
You don’t do it often, but you got me to drool on my keyboard again.

My God Man, can you just kill me right now and put me out of my tongue-deprived stupor!
