ELV doesn’t see the world through the eyes of an eight year old girl, but thinks a bunch of them probably line up (and swoon)  whenever David appears at the host stand to assist his father/owner Alex Taylor at Due Forni.

From our vantage point, he looks a bit short, but also, to-the-front-of-the-house-born.

Child labor laws notwithstanding, it’s good to see a professional getting such an early start with their training.
