Tell that to the last oyster I ate. This sounds good, but is actually quite misleading and obfuscating. Fresh is a relative term. Of course, much like “organic” and “natural” the word has been co-opted and stripped of much of its actual meaning, however, that does not mean that “there is no such thing as ‘fresh food.’”
