Like ELV, Persians like their meat highly spiced.

Unlike many a Middle-Eastern joint, Flame Kabob doesn’t skimp on the seasonings.

This chicken pita wrap takes no prisoners when it comes to coating the well-cooked chunks with herbs and pepper — the totality of which makes for a most interesting sandwich, and one with some nice, mellow residual heat. Better by far than almost any chicken pita wrap we can remember.

The shish and kubideh combos are just as nicely done, and either one of these lunch platters is enough to feed a hungry trencherman.

It only costs $9.

Just thought you’d like to know.
