According to event organizers, almost 750 tickets were sold to Emeril’s Carinivale du Vin this past Saturday night.

Tickets cost $1,000/per.

    If this were just another foodie food orgy, the “nouveau populists” around town would be screaming about the prices and whine, “What ever happened to the good ol’ days when The Sands offered prime rib for $4.99??!!” Hopefully with all the proceeds going to charity, they’ll find something else to whine about.
