Osteria del Circo is our favorite Italian restaurant in town and has been so ever since it opened ten years ago in the Bellagio. Chef Vincenzo Scarmiglia continues to make this Tuscan kitchen hum with pastas, fish and meat dishes that hew close to their Italian ancestry and never fail to dazzle.
