Eat This Now – Bianca Pizza from DE MARCO’S

In honor of this morning’s appearance, on Wake Up with the Wagners, ELV and his staff thought a lip-smacking tasty snap of one of the pizzas he’ll be mentioning was in order.

The above beauty exhibits a nice, bubbly, tender and puffy corniccione (evidence of a nice, long dough fermentation), along with some top shelf ricotta, mozz and grana padano cheeses). It is so delicate and so cheesy — without even a hint of heaviness — that you won’t miss tomatoes one whit.

A small one costs $14.

Just thought you’d like to know.

  1. Sorry John, couldn’t disagree more…had it recently and it was extremely oily, and way too much raw garlic taste. Nothing like any NY pizza I know. We used to get white pizza @ Aiello’s on 2nd Ave. and it was heaven. Balance in a pizza is everything, and DeMarco’s does not seem to have it.

  2. John,
I hope your voice returns soon.
The segment this morning was good. I ate at Settebello again yesterday.
Are you set to be in the 6-7 am time slot each friday morning? if so setting my recorder will be easy.
    cheers
    TRH

  3. ELV responds: The fickle fiends of fate can be fatuous and fallible….but yes, it looks like we’ll be appearing regularly on Wake Up with the Wagners every Friday morning for the foreseeable future.

  4. Looks tasty. Although I’d take feta over ricotta any day. I’ve only had the cheese and pepperoni from DeMarco’s so far. Looking forward to trying more. The pizza world is expanding so much in Vegas. Used to be slim pickins for finding good pie now there’s a lot of decent options.
