Eat This Now – Meyer Ranch Strip Sirloin at P. J. CLARKE’S

Is P. J. Clarke’s the best steakhouse in the Forum Shops? Definitely.

Does its American gastro-pub food compete with the best in town in this genre? Absolutely.

Did ELV find this steak to be one of the beefiest, densest, purest expressions of a classic, dry-aged New York strip steaks he’s ever tasted? Without a doubt.

Is he crazy about the old fashioned maitre d’hotel butter that comes on top? You betcha!

Would he go back for another one at the drop of a hat? Faster that you can say all natural, grass-fed, hormone-free, holistically raised, Montana beef cattle.

Is this superb piece of beef worth every penny of its $54 price tag? Indubitably, Dr. Watson, indubitably.

Just thought you’d like to know.

  1. Good to know because they did some restaffing in that kitchen recently. I hope locals start coming down to P.J.’s like they do to Joe’s Stone Crab right across the away. They put a lot into building that restaurant and it’s pretty cool.

  2. Why would you get a steak at pj Clarks when the best steaks in Vegas
Are at joes stone crab. The bar is nice at pjs but that’s all they got. Food is more
Reasonable at joes and the palms. Sorry pjs but that’s the truth.

  3. Joe’s stone crab and prime steaks is vastly overrated. More than a dozen superior cuts of beef are available at comparable prices.

  4. Any place that makes the effort to use naturally raised, humanely treated, free range products will have my business. It helps to have a great cook preparing it too as well. People really need to make an effort in supporting the farms and restaurants that practice this.
