As everyone who follows ELV knows, Kerry Simon’s menu at Simon is all over the map: sushi, tacos, waffles, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas and profiteroles….you name it, he cooks it for the hipsters that pack this place.

But let’s just say all he cooked was smoked baalut (duck fetus), nankotsu (chicken cartilage), criadillas (bull testicles) and huhu grubs (self-explanatory)…all washed down with a big cup o’ kopi luwak; we’d still eat here just to have Brianna seat us.
