Chocolate and Zucchini, takes on sustainable seafood in her post (of a couple of months ago — sorry), but doesn’t say anything that Rick Moonen hasn’t been preaching for years now. Nevertheless, it’s worth reading and clicking on some of her links to maintain a feel for how this dire situation is affecting all of us — and hundreds of species of fish around the world.
FYI: Chocolate and Zucchini is a wildly popular food blog written by a vastly experienced, 28 year old Parisian woman who tells you everything from where to find tiny wine bars in Gay* Paree, to how to order coffee(?) At least that’s what the press release says.
ELV thinks C&Z is so wildly popular because it’s a very attractively produced Web site, and because she’s sort of very attractive….at least for a food writer.

* As in: fun loving and frivolous.

Thanks Ken…..I’ve eaten 96 out of the hundred….who can top that?
At 76 I’m not even close. Although there’s only about another 10-15 I would even have an interest in trying.
This list is so dumb I don’t know where to begin….give me a little time and I’ll come up with a much more interesting one.
….but many thanks to Ken for at least posting it…so I’d have something to criticize!
