ELV note: In honor of the Chinese New Year, which begins January 23rd, Kim Wagner and our eager beaver young assistant thought an overview of our top Chinese spots off the Strip was appropriate. ELV — his locks flowing and his Cantonese butchered — also thought you’d get a kick out of his traditional, Mandarin formal garb…thoughtfully provided to him by Karrie and Kevin Wu of Ping Pang Pong.
