1) Krista is so kute and;

2) Because she seated ELV for a kickass meal at NobHill Tavern the other night, and;

3) Because Sven Meade is one of the great, under-the-radar chefs in town, and;

4) Because she is so professional and perky and polite (not to mention hot) that we’d eat at NobHill even it served nothing but surstromming and lutefisk pizza,* and;

No, we’re not going all David Ross or ChezPim on you — cooking-and-food-foto-wise — but one of the highlights of our eating year is a Col. Bill Newsom’s Country Ham from his smokehouse in Princeton, Kentucky.
