Because:
1) Krista is so kute and;
2) Because she seated ELV for a kickass meal at NobHill Tavern the other night, and;
3) Because Sven Meade is one of the great, under-the-radar chefs in town, and;
4) Because she is so professional and perky and polite (not to mention hot) that we’d eat at NobHill even it served nothing but surstromming and lutefisk pizza,* and;

ELV appreciates Krista thanking her parents…who are (after all), the ones most responsible for the way she looks.
And lest anyone think ELV uses this award solely to meet and shamelessly flirt with the mega-babes working the front of the house in Vegas restaurants (although the thought did occur to us); let it be noted that the bestowing of this honor on Krista was fully seconded, endorsed and voted upon by The Food Gal.

Nobhill Tavern is one restaurant I have not dine at … yet. I’ll need to add that place on my culinary research list. So many restaurants, so little time and resources …

Krista!! I am so proud of you! We ALL know you are perky and professional and hot– You’re part of our family, how could you not be? Anywho, great job! I don’t live anywhere near Vegas, but I am adding this site to my favorites now. Any site that puts my sis on it and makes her anything of the year is alright in my book!!
