NAMASTE Inspection Update

“Jason” wrote us this morning:

“Just found out that Namaste was re-inspected the next day (Oct 17) and received an “A”.”

ELV has interviewed restaurant inspectors from the Clark County Health Department, as you can read here, and knows that restaurants always receive a first inspection (after several pre-opening visits from the Dept.), which often results in a number of demerits being given. Very quickly thereafter (within ten days, in fact), another inspection occurs to see if/how the problems have been rectified. It is very common for a new place to get a (temporary) low grade while it’s still in its shakedown phase.

We never had any doubt that Namaste was a top-drawer operation that would quickly fix whatever issues were brought to its attention.

Dhanyavaad to Jason for the update!
