ELV Hard at Work
ELV’s staff thought you should know he’s working hard and hard at work these days on the 2nd edition of EATING LAS VEGAS – The 50 Essential Restaurants, along with co-authors Max “Slapsie Maxie” Jacobson and Al “Mad Man” Mancini.
He’s also busy getting ready to launch the next big thing in the Vegas restaurant world (interwebs/publicity-wise anyway)…and should be making an announcement within the next week or so.
In the meantime, it’s back to the salt mines.

ELV has posted a ton of stuff today — from the sad (Rosemary’s closing) to the sublime (Manon’s ham and cheese croissant) — because within minutes, he will be off like a prom dress to New York City for Friday’s taping of another episode of Iron Chef America at the Food Network studios in downtown Manhattan.
