Ashleys are more prominent around these here parts than chefs with disgusting tattoos.

In fact, if every hostess looked like either Ashley or Ashley, ELV would be equally pleased.
Come to think of it, it wouldn’t matter to us if their names were Bertha and Hortense.
ELV thought France was a country. Silly us.
We at ELV always thought it meant: Land of the Franks, so how refreshing to discover it’s also a name…of a person…and a hot hostess to boot!
France (the hostess, not the country) fabulously facilitates feasting with friend Nicole, furthering your foodie fortunes at this fashionable funhouse of fantastic fare.
On featuring these findings, we are far from flippant.
Like the food at this Bellagio mainstay, Susanna is surpassingly sweet, savory, and (dare we say it?) succulent as she sashays about Circo supremely supplying succor to the citizens of this lip-smacking circus.
Oh yeah…there are two other people in the picture too…neither of whom exactly rings ELV’s chimes, but each of whom (The Food Gal® assures us) is superlative to see, and mas diablo enough to supplement Susanna’s appearance in this snap.
Their names are Fabian (Forlini – Circo’s GM) and William (Moss – its super Master Sommelier), and whatever their talents (which are many), we prefer looking at her.
Besides being highly patriotic, Marlo at STK presents a certain pulchritudinous posture as she persuades people to partake of its polished and plenteous provisions.
She also wants to take this opportunity to pledge allegiance and praise our country’s pioneering progress in perpetuity.
Or something like that.

What makes this too live crew at Scarpetta….
…sooo hot isn’t that they’re big hunks of man-candy, but rather that Paolo Barbieri, Antonello Paganuzzi and Mario Disi have got the best Italian front-of-the-house band back together again after scattering to the four winds back in 2005. For those not in the know, these three opened Circo in 1998, and for five years or so, ran it as the best Italian restaurant Las Vegas had ever seen.
Now, like The Who, this talented trio has reunited at Vegas’ hottest Italian restaurant duo (Scapetta and D.O.C.G.) to, no doubt, take the service at both to a whole new level.
If Disi looks familiar to steak lovers, it’s because he’s been the GM at SW Steakhouse at the Wynn for the past five years. He’s known for running one of the tightest ships in the business, and our staff could not be happier about his escape from the ego-driven hell of the Wynn to his rightful place in the Italian fine food fold.
“But ELV,” you’re probably saying to yourself right now, “don’t you have something for us dudes to balance out all that beefcake?”
“Why yes,” ELV replied. “For you lovers of Ligurian lookers we give you Lexy:
…who will lovingly lead you to luxuriant lusciousness at your table at Scarpetta. Even as she laughingly ignores those who have trouble pulling up their pants:”
What do Harry Reid, Oscar Goodman, Ming Tsai and a barely visible Max Jacobson have in common?
If you answered: They keep Chollada company (and make her life more difficult by forcing her to look at their ugly mugs) at the hostess stand at Lotus of Siam everyday, you would be right.
And if you thought to yourself: It would be a far far better thing to have her look at a picture of ELV everyday….well, you’d be right there too.
ELV, of course, prefers looking solely at Chollada.
Ay caramba! Ay chihuahua! Ay dios mio!
