First off I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I’d
like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear
your mind prior to writing. I’ve had trouble clearing my mind in getting
my ideas out there. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost simply
just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?
Thank you!
I don’t know how Curtas does it but if you have trouble starting writing you should try leaving the writing of your introduction until last. That worked for me and, when you think of it, ought to make a lot of sense as your introduction ought to be a summary or guide to the rest of what you have to say.
Mon Ami Gabi and Eiffel Tower better French restaurants than Guy Savoy? I don’t think so.
Last time I checked Eiffel Tower Restaurant was not French as Chef is German so food is more Continental in that it has flavors of Alsace, Germany and some French. I was in the premium wine business for some time and imported and sold them some great German wines that were perfect for pairing with certain dishes? As they say “I may be wrong” as have not been there for a few years. I will say that it is probably the best setting, for a romantic restaurant, in our city? Only draw back, which comes with our territory is you have to walk by slots and otherd to get to the elevator that takes you directly to the Hostess Desk.
