Update. It’s Thursday and we just stopped by Choc. & Spice. The doors are open, but they’re not ready yet. They plan to open Friday, May 4. Now I have a very disappointed 4 year old on my hands. I’ve been promising her a treat whenever we pass by. Looks like we’ll be making a Payard or Bouchon run later today.
