She is much more than your average hostess (hot or otherwise), having been classically trained in European hotel school.

She brings a level of professionalism and charm to her job that many a hostess (and host) could learn from.

She should’ve been featured on this website long ago, and would have been, but for ELV’s usual failings of character.
