In honor of ELV’s long weekend spent finishing an article (for the December issue of VEGAS) about the Amber Unicorn bookstore and the availability of some of its special stock at the EAT DRINK store/bookstore on the second floor of The Cosmopolitan, we thought we’d post a few pictures of the interesting titles available at both places:

The first book above is on of their most valuable: an American cookbook, in-Japanese, for Japanese cooks coming to America to cook for wealthy, non-Japanese families a hundred years ago. Pulf balls and pheasant sandwiches anyone? Anyone?
