Jean-Paul Labadie — Executive Chef at Marche Bacchus — has left the stoves for other opportunities in the food world.
A tip of the toque to him for elevating the kitchen and menu at this wine-lover’s haunt during his tenure here, and he leaves MB a much better restaurant than when he found it.
No word yet on who will succeed him, but for now, his able kitchen crew will be holding down the fort.
