There will be no fashion shows this year, but the Gala event — A Celebration of Paul Bocuse’s life, with the greatest concentration of great French chefs anywhere outside of the Bocuse D’Or — should be even more exciting than watching these two gals…er…uh…guys…uh…er…folks strut their stuff.
