Among His Many Other Talents, ELV Is A Moderator

November 09, 2009 By: John Curtas Category: Events

At this year’s G2E (Global Gaming Expo), yours truly will be moderating a panel discussion among some movers and shakers in our restaurant world, and just thought you might like to know about it.

Where: G2E Gaming Conference, Las Vegas Convention Center, Room N113

When: Tuesday, 11/17/2009:

Time: 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM

SIGNATURE SERIES: The Sweet Spot: How to Manage Food & Beverage in a Down Economy
In one of the most challenging economic environments in recent history, casinos must redefine the food and beverage value proposition. How does an F&B or gaming executive develop an effective plan to deal with these high-pressure times? Furthermore, will these changes ultimately streamline us for the future or prove to be problematic in a stable economy? At this session, leading operators will discuss how they are finding innovative ways to solve these problems, including managing labor and product costs, tweaking pricing strategies, menu engineering, focused marketing and harnessing technology.

Nice, I’ll have to stop by.

As a fellow panel moderator (social media), hoping it’s a fun go-round this time for G2E.
