1. Sorry about the news of Anthony’s departure. I think we would all agree it was just a matter of time before he left to go on to something else. I would like to see him stay in Las Vegas, but that’s probably wishful thinking. I sure hope Sarah is staying at MINA-without her pastries and desserts Las Vegas wouldn’t be the same.

   I would gladly travel 3,000 miles East to buy some of Chef Villat’s bread!

3. I’ve read that Rosemary’s will still be open for lunch on Fridays. Is this correct?

4. A restaurant that only opens one day a week for lunch, shouldn’t be serving it at all

7. No mo’ lunch @ Rosemary’s? Sad. I guess that’s one fewer option for a good lunch in Summerlin.

9. Wellfleet is probably a great place to open a restaurant if you want a three-plus month vacation from it. Good for those two. And, I wish all those moving on the best. Finally ate at Michael Mina a few nights ago, a very good experience overall.
