Because of her and her highly polished, professional hostess skills, we’d eat Chef Eric Klein’s eclectic mix of Alsatian-Austrian-Cal-Ital-fusion-food even if he cooked nothing but bad beuschel, rotten rindsuppe, and terrible tafelspitz.
And the painting she’s standing in front of, by local artist and UNLV graduate David Ryan, is a nice piece of work too.
