And for the record, we tasted every chef’s dish(es) at the Star Chefs Revue, and all were excellent. Some were simply a bit more excellent and finely tuned than others.
If the James Beard Awards (handed out in May) are the Oscars of America’s food world, then the Michelin Guide’s annual fete is, at the very least, the equivalent of the last night at the Cannes Film Festival. Settebello is scheduled to open any day now (in its new digs at The District II in Monochrome Valley), and Eating Las Vegas, for one, couldn’t be more excited.
