You better get there early, though, because every Sunday they roast one of these thirty pound beauties at Jaleo, and every Sunday night they sell out of the sweet, juicy meat in less than an hour.
For those who think we’re being a bit swine-ish about the whole thing, we at ELV thought we should also squeal about the very vegetarian paella they make here:
