I saw this clip of you on Wake Up With the Wagners last Friday and immediately turned to my husband and said, “It’s only a matter of time until Curtas eschews the dark side and goes full plantal.” He said I was crazy — after I told him what “eschew” meant. What say you ELV? Is a conversion to the joys of brown rice, soy milk and tofurkey in your future?

It’s pretty hard to summon the energy to write a review of a place when the only thoughts that spring to mind are “it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.”
Before we get to specifics, though, a little history is order.
ELV note: Tomorrow morning, in a first for us and KSNV TV, we will be featuring an actual, dyed-in-the-wool vegan restaurant on Wake Up With the Wagners.
