We’ve posted this video before, but to those who are new to ELV, we thought you’d like to hear from one of our favorite people in Italian food — a woman whose TV show is one of the best in the business (and, for that reason, is on PBS), and who we never get tired of listening to when she speaks of Italian food in that gorgeous accent of hers:
