After two bites, we were ready to proclaim Dom De Marco‘s pizza a worthy entrant into the ever-sweetening pizza sweepstakes in our humble burg.
But we’ll leave an extended analysis of their worthy pies to another day.
For now we’ll leave you with a teaser taste of their house-made sausage — sweet, fine-grained and fennel-ized — it is a masterful rendition of this too-often bastardized Italian classic. And the presentation (as you can see) is far beyond what you see in your everyday pizza joint.
