We at ELV are tempted to call Blue Fin the second best, off-Strip, Japanese restaurant in town (after Sen of Japan).

SEN OF JAPAN Chirashi Sushi
This box of chirashi (scattered) sushi at Sen of Japan: …is about as fresh, clean-tasting and well-sliced as you’re going to find — on or off The Strip.
The rice it sits upon is also plump, fragrant, barely warm, and ever-so-slightly perfumed with the scent of rice wine vinegar (just the way it should be).
It costs $21.Just thought you’d like to know.

EN SUSHI
En Sushi is not in the same league as Raku when it comes to robatayaki cooking, and the sushi won’t make anyone forget Nobu, Hachi or Sen of Japan, but for a neighborhood place located in the middle of nowhere (i.e. the far ends of the Anthem earth), the food is mighty fine indeed.
