The Tuscany Kitchen isn’t a restaurant per se. What it is is a conference room at the very ends of the earth within the Bellagio, that management has outfitted with an exhibition kitchen and enough tables and frippery to make a reasonable facsimile of one.

LE CIRQUE – A Couple Of Birthdays
Le Cirque Las Vegas celebrated its tenth birthday late last year, and ELV celebrated a birthday (his come with alarming frequency these days), last week.
So in honor of both, we decided to partake of Chef David Werley’s superior French cuisine, in what remains one of the prettiest, most romantic and intimate dining rooms in all of Las Vegas.
SENSI – Ginger Ale
The house-made ginger ale at the bar at Sensi is the best soft drink in town. It’s so good, ELV and his staff have been known to drive miles out of their way (and trek through the Bellagio) just for a slurp.
It costs $6.
