Molto grazie to Kerry Clasby and the Molto Mario/Bet On The Farm farmers’ market yesterday for their intrepid acts of alimentary activism in keeping great fruits and veggies coming to Southern Nevada shoppers.
Everything was/is so tasty, pure, intense, and dare we say….different from almost every other raspberry, strawberry, tangerine or lemon you have ever tasted, the phrase “achingly-ripe” doesn’t begin to describe their hyper-deliciousness.
All of which causes ELV to ask: Why isn’t every high-end restaurant in town beating a path to this intuitive forager’s door?
