Channel 8’s Calvert Collins is beauty and brains all rolled into one.

And boy, can she eat!

The spread above (along with a number of sweet and savory favorites) is now available at Bouchon weekdays until 1 pm (the weekend brunches will continue as usual).

To celebrate the good news, CC and ELV thought they’d tuck into some of the best this bakery and bistro has to offer — like the superior boudin blanc, chicken and waffles, ethereal French toast, and more tasty eggs than you can shake a stick at.

Two hours later, she was still tucking.

Just thought you’d like to know.

Sweet! I’ve always wanted them to be open around lunchtime during the week.
I think I’ll be dropping by tomorrow.

Too bad they get there boudin from a place in SF and serve frozen fries. But those fries are so good and the boudin is one of the best things on the menu. How can this be from a TKG restaurant?

but chicken and waffles were exponentially better at DW Bistro….. Bouchon’s sadly made way before our arrival and DW’s jerk spice melds well with the crispy chicken skin, maple sweetness & made to order waffles.
