With a little luck, Megan Romano hopes to have her Chocolate & Spice Bakery/Patisserie/Confectionery open by a week from Friday.

We know it doesn’t look like it, but you’d be amazed at how these things come together in the last week or so.

Megan, of course, couldn’t be happier.

Her kids, of course, couldn’t be sadder…since they’ll no longer have a dumpster to play in!

Chocolate lovers of Las Vegas should be rejoicing. We at ELV certainly are.

In fact, our staff is hoping the success of this place will bury the ghost of the ill-fated Bergin Bakery & Cafe once and for all.
