Restaurant Week Begins August 30 – Be There or be Three Square!

Once again, it’s time for our second favorite week of the year. (The first is our birthday week, when, like almost every person we know, we’ve been known to get a little carried away.)

Restaurant Week is a time when you can do good by spending your dining dollars at any of the restaurants listed below.

A portion of each check goes to benefit Three Square, and for a whole week, you can chow down on the best food Las Vegas has to offer at a serious discount.

A $50.01 steak dinner at Jean Georges Steakhouse?

Pasta perfection at Circo for a paltry pittance?

Plentiful paella by Stephen Hopcraft at Sea Blue for the same price?

Passing on this plenitude is impossible!

Those who are timid about the Strip, or approach it with trepidation, will find tremendous treats everywhere from Todd’s Unique ($30.10) to Tommy Bahama ($30.10).

It’s all for a good cause…actually, it’s all for the BEST cause — feeding hungry children — so be there or be Three Square!

Restaurant Week
Help Out by Dining Out!
August 30 – September 5, 2010

Once again, Three Square will be partnering up with the finest restaurants in Las Vegas to bring you Restaurant Week. This is your chance to sample the cuisine of world-famous Chefs at a fixed price with the proceeds going to help Three Square end hunger in Southern Nevada.

Specially-designed Restaurant Week menus feature three-course meals at three price points – $20.10, $30.10 and $50.10 per person.

Below is a complete list of participating restaurants. Continue after the jump for the complete list, and click on the restaurant name for its RW menu. (Unfortunately, once you click on and bring up an individual restaurant’s menu, it takes you away from Eating Las Vegas. Try, with all the emotional strength you can muster, to contain your disappointment.)

  1. I love restaurant week, but you mention Circo and I just don’t see them on the list. Where are they hiding??

  2. Was invited to dinner last year during Restaurant Week and while the meal at Tender was yummy (never would have thought to go to that particular place myself) it was awkward because there were NO signs at all advertising the special menu and, we had to ask for it after they brought us the regular menu only.

When the Restaurant Week menu was finally delivered, the waiter made a special note of the fact that these were much smaller portions than the regular menu.

So, not only did they make you feel like a complete cheapskate, you were pegged as a lightweight eater as well… sigh…

Great cause to support though and will try another place for dinner during RW where maybe they are more welcoming of us frugal dining philanthropists ;)
