Sometimes a picture (or 16 of them) is worth a thousand words.

So we’ll let you ponder these tasty snaps and what they say about Steve Benjamin‘s crew, and the overall excellence of this world-class restaurant.

Interestingly, Patricia Thacker (The Official Ex-Wife of ELV and First Food Gal) and Hugh Alexander Curtas (The Official Number Two Son of ELV), have eaten at both the original L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Paris (France, not Illinois), and the Vegas version, and both thought both the cooking and bread was superior in our humble burg.

And since one had the good taste (if not the common sense) to actually marry ELV (in his younger, hotter days), and the other is his spawn, one must consider their opinions to be unimpeachable and beyond reproach in such things.

At least we do.
